Mr. Seiden is a partner in the Finance, Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions and the Chair of the Entertainment Group. Mr. Seiden has been handling the negotiation and workout of structured finance, corporate finance, derivatives, joint venture M&A and entertainment transactions for over 25 years.

Mr. Seiden has substantial experience representing issuers, investors and swap counterparties in disputes and in monetizing derivatives positions and bond portfolios, including strategic advice concerning the unwind of ABS, CMBS, CDO and CLOs; the trading of distressed ABS, MBS, CMBS and CDOs; the various conflicts that have arisen among issuers, trustees, servicers, asset managers and investors; and the restructuring of financial guaranty insurance companies. Mr. Seiden has also acted as lead counsel in the structuring and documentation of securitization transactions, including the securitization of royalty streams with respect to intellectual property assets.

Mr. Seiden's corporate experience includes negotiating M&A transactions and related financings across a broad spectrum of industries; the creation and restructuring of joint ventures and strategic alliances; and private placements of debt and equity. Mr. Seiden has also handled corporate transactions for a variety of entities engaged in the distribution of entertainment and advertising.
