Curtis Promotes Kim Rissel to Counsel in Frankfurt

Curtis is pleased to announce the promotion of Kim Rissel to counsel in its Frankfurt office. Kim was previously an associate in Curtis’ corporate group, where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and other corporate matters. He frequently advises on all aspects of German business law, and has also represented national and international private equity and venture capital funds, strategic investors, fund-less sponsors, growth companies and start-ups on investments and financings.

Kim is fluent in German, English and French. He took his Second State Exam in the State of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany, and his First State Exam at the University of Mainz.
