Lynn P. Harrison 3rd (Partner), Turner Smith (Partner) and Jerrold Bregman (Counsel) were mentioned by the New York Law Journal on April 17, 2008 in an article entitled, “Judge Denies Windels Marx $526,000 in Fees Sought in Hip-Hop Media Company Bankruptcy.” Curtis was also mentioned in an article that was published on April 15, 2008, “Criticizing Firm, Judge Denies Fees in Hip-Hop Bankruptcy.” Both articles were in reference to the law firm of Windels Marx seeking payment of fees and expenses in connection with its representation of hip hop magazine publisher Source Enterprises, Inc. Curtis replaced Windels Marx and represented the company in its successful efforts to reorganize under Chapter 11.
