Counsel Alessandra Zingales advises clients in the Middle East and Italy on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate governance, as well as local Omani law matters. She represents numerous international public and private companies doing business in Oman and regularly provides assistance to foreign investors and corporations interested in entering the local market.

Corporate and Commercial Experience

Ms. Zingales has regularly advised international companies establishing branches in Oman and tendering for public projects in Oman, in addition to local large corporations, government-owned entities and funds on corporate governance matters, procurement, joint ventures and development of a variety of projects, including food security projects and tourism projects. Clients also seek her advice on real estate-related matters such as usufructs, legal mortgages, residential and commercial tenancies and Integrated Tourism Complexes, including hotel and residential developments. She regularly contributes to multinational guides and textbooks on various legal issues, including the World Bank “Doing Business” Guide (Oman). Before joining Curtis, Ms. Zingales practiced at two leading law firms in Oman, where she has worked since 2008.
