Amber Jeffcoat has acted as trade analyst on several antidumping investigations and reviews before the U.S. Department of Commerce, representing our clients in their defense of U.S. trade remedy cases.
Ms. Jeffcoat has worked regularly with local counsel to co-ordinate all data collection, understand our clients’ business structure and determine the most beneficial reporting methodologies. Prior to joining the private sector, she was a senior international trade analyst at the U.S. Department of Commerce (International Trade Administration, Import Administration). As case analyst and team leader, she was responsible for handling over ten cases, with more than 25 respondents, and conducted more than ten on-site verifications.
