Andrew Larkin concentrates his practice on investor-state arbitration and international commercial dispute resolution. He represents sovereign states and state-owned entities in international arbitration proceedings conducted under the auspices of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Previously, Mr. Larkin served as a law clerk to the Hon. Allyson K. Duncan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He was also legal liaison to Professor Chris Maina Peter at the United Nations International Law Commission in Geneva, where he conducted research on the legal framework of international organizations.
