New York-based litigation associate Caroline Sabatier focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and restructuring and insolvency litigation.

Ms. Sabatier advises on a broad range of litigation matters for individuals and sovereign entities in state and federal courts. Ms. Sabatier has experience with contractual disputes, investment disputes, and allegations of fraud across a variety of industries. She also advises on adversary proceedings in bankruptcy.

While in law school, Ms. Sabatier served as a member of The University of Chicago Legal Forum and participated in the University of Chicago Law School’s Federal Criminal Justice Clinic.

Ms. Sabatier maintains an active pro bono practice with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
