Catherine Baecher focuses on residential and commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on acquisitions, sales, financings and leases of properties located across the United States, and represents tenants, subtenants and sublandlords in the negotiation of warehouse, office, manufacturing and data center space leases, amendments, assignments, subleases, sub-subleases, non-disturbance and consent agreements.

Corporate Real Estate transactions

Based in New York and a partner in the Real Estate group, Ms. Baecher has worked on numerous corporate transactions. She handles the full range of property review and real estate matters arising from various stock, membership interest and/or asset purchase agreements, including landlord consents, assignment agreements and other supporting documents. She also performs in-depth analysis of the corporate real estate holdings, both leaseholds and owned property, examination of title and assessment of the scope of future obligations related to such real estate holdings.
