Christopher Driscoll’s practice spans the full range of corporate transactions, including representing clients on securities offerings, corporate governance and disclosure matters, mergers and acquisitions, venture-backed private financings and other transactional matters. He previously worked in Silicon Valley, as well as Curtis' New York office.
Mr. Driscoll has advised numerous U.S. and non-U.S. startup and growth-stage companies on matters from initial company formation through to exit. He has represented companies in the technology industry and other industries, including cloud computing software and services, social media and online gaming, network services and devices, data security, biotechnology and life sciences, media, public utilities, clean technology, natural resources, insurance, and finance.
Mr. Driscoll has particular experience in investment management, with a focus on all aspects of professional investment management. This includes advising fund sponsors and international financial institutions on the formation, structuring and ongoing compliance requirements of private investment funds, and advising independent investment managers, family offices and high-net-worth individuals on their relevant strategic investments.
