A former civil and structural engineer, Dominic Pilkington is an experienced construction lawyer, specialising in construction law and disputes. His first-hand construction projects experience is brought to bear in advising clients on construction issues, project development and construction-related disputes.
Dominic Pilkington has managed a number of construction disputes to successful outcomes and negotiated on various major infrastructure projects on behalf of clients including major developers, contractors, and energy and resources companies. He has acted on a broad range of disputes, from straightforward claims over time and costs to complex claims concerning the technical performance of mechanical, electrical or telecommunications systems. Mr. Pilkington has previously worked at three of Australia’s leading law firms and has been in-house at a large government-owned real estate business in Dubai, UAE.
