Edward Combs has a practice that includes complex civil litigation, bankruptcy litigation, commercial arbitration, and cybersecurity and privacy issues. Mr. Combs advises clients in commercial disputes arising from asset purchase agreements, product distribution agreements, debt offerings and mortgage-backed securities. He has litigated a number of significant contested bankruptcy matters, including avoidance actions, contested plan confirmations, and intercreditor disputes.

Data Protection and Cybersecurity

Mr. Combs has a particular interest in cybersecurity and data privacy issues, hacking, and the protection of electronic data. He has contributed to a number of published articles on these topics and regularly presents CLE seminars about them to practicing attorneys within and outside the firm.
