Enrico Troianiello is a partner in the Corporate group. Notable for his breadth of experience, he advises private sector companies, investment funds, and banks on a wide range of commercial transactions.
In particular, Mr. Troianiello has significant experience handling mergers and acquisitions, private equity, loan agreements, joint venture agreements, corporate reorganizations, corporate finance, buyouts and debt restructurings (pursuant to art. 67, 161 and 182-bis of the Bankruptcy Law). His sector experience spans most industries, including pharmaceutical, automotive, energy, insurance, logistics and real estate.
Mr. Troianiello also has extensive experience in advising on cross-border transactions and working with international clients and counterparties in various international jurisdictions.
As well as his focus on corporate and commercial law, Mr. Troianiello also represents clients in corporate and civil law litigation.
Mr. Troianiello has been a lecturer in financial market law (“diritto dei mercati finanziari”) for several years at Università degli Studi di Brescia.
