Hazem Hebaishi, a Bahraini national, is an associate in the firm’s Corporate group in Dubai. His practice areas include advising clients on cross-border and local mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings and providing general corporate and commercial advice.
Mr. Hebaishi advises both foreign and UAE-based buyers and sellers on various matters in the M&A space and frequently assists with conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documentation in connection with asset and share sales and acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, among others. His experience includes preparing share sale and purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, joint venture, shareholder agreements and ancillary transaction documentation.
Mr. Hebaishi also advises on internal company reorganizations and restructurings in the UAE. Prior to joining the firm, he counseled international clients operating across different sectors including construction, logistics and catering, on restructuring and reorganizing their presence in the UAE.
