Yong, Hyuna

Hyuna Yong is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Arbitration group, where she advises on a broad range of dispute resolution matters for foreign states, private companies, and individuals from around the world.

Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Yong served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Robert J. Miller of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department. While in law school, she served as Notes Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and participated in Cornell’s Securities Law Clinic and Legal Research Clinic.

Ms. Yong advises on matters related to U.S. sanctions law and maintains an active pro bono practice, having advised individuals and organizations in variety of matters ranging from domestic violence to employment.
