A dual U.S.-Ukrainian national, Iryna Voronov focuses her practice on investor-state arbitration and public international law.
Ms. Voronov has been involved in proceedings conducted under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and the International Court of Arbitration (ICC). She has experience representing sovereign states and state-owned entities in arbitrations concerning energy sector resources.
