Julia Mosse is a partner in the Litigation group. She represents clients in a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters at both the trial and appellate levels and before various domestic and international arbitral tribunals. Her practice includes significant disputes involving commercial contracts, securities, commodities, bankruptcy, antitrust, labor and employment, corporate governance, fraud, and other commercial and business torts.
Ms. Mosse has represented individuals and companies across industries in state and federal courts from inception through trial and post-trial appeals, as well as before the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and the Department of Justice (DOJ).
She also acts as counsel to foreign states and state-owned entities in high-stakes commercial disputes in federal courts throughout the United States, in parallel proceedings in foreign jurisdictions, and before various arbitral tribunals, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
