International Arbitration

Mr. Dunmore has acted on arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), DIFC-LCIA, Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre and in ad hoc arbitrations. He has experience of arbitrations across a broad range of industries, including construction, telecommunications, pharmaceutical, infrastructure, desalination plants and defense. Mr. Dunmore has experience with arbitrations under various laws and numerous seats of arbitration. He has worked extensively in the Middle East and in Asia, with previous roles in the UAE, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, China and the UK.

Academia

Mr. Dunmore has contributed numerous articles to leading international arbitration publications and carried out various speaking engagements, including lecturing to university students and leading a seminar with Abu Dhabi-based in-house counsel.
