Nathaniel Ament-Stone focuses his practice on antitrust, complex commercial litigation, and arbitration.
Mr. Ament-Stone has represented clients in the commodities, sports, insurance, financial and health care sectors, as well as sovereign states and individual clients, in federal and New York state courts and in private arbitral tribunals. Mr. Ament-Stone has substantial experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in class-action antitrust litigation, and in environmental/industrial indemnity disputes.
Prior to law school, he worked for national political campaigns and public policy-oriented non-profits.
While in law school, Mr. Ament-Stone was a Tony Patiño Fellow-Elect and served as a member of The University of Chicago Law Review. Before joining Curtis, he completed judicial externships with Judge Alex Kozinski of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
