Peng Ding focuses on international trade law and has advised numerous Chinese companies in proceedings involving antidumping and countervailing duties (CVD) initiated by the U.S., the European Union, Canada, Australia, India, Russia and Brazil in a wide range of industries, including steel products, chemicals, electronics, wooden and paper products, and textiles.
Based in our Representative Beijing office, Mr. Ding’s experience includes participating in the defense of the Government of China and Chinese industries in a number of injury proceedings. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for several leading Chinese law firms, where he also focused on international trade law, representing Chinese interests in trade remedy investigations.
