Raúl Archundia Pavón is an associate in Curtis' International Corporate, Finance and Real Estate groups, and is based in the Mexico City office.
Mr. Archundia has a professional career focused on the private sector, with experience in matters related to the implementation of strategies for the development of real estate projects, industrial and commercial leases, implementation of project finance for real estate and infrastructure developments.
Mr. Archundia also has experience working on corporate matters related to mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance with public authorities in the financial sector, purchase and sale of shares, transformation of companies, annual meetings of corporations and regulation of multiple purpose financial companies. He has also worked on regulatory improvement, corporate maintenance and anti-money laundering practices.
In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Archundia is currently part of the firm's International Arbitration and Commercial Arbitration groups, focusing his practice on the representation of states and state entities in investment disputes, as well as private companies in commercial arbitration.
