Rebecca Meyer represents sovereign states and private-sector clients in complex litigation and arbitration matters. She works across a wide range of industries, and has particular expertise representing clients in disputes concerning large-scale infrastructure construction projects.

Ms. Meyer has arbitrated under the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), and International Center for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).

A former Law Clerk of the U.S. Court of International Trade, Ms. Meyer also maintains an active trade practice consisting of trade litigation and trade sanctions advisory and compliance work.

Ms. Meyer teaches international investment law and arbitration as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School.
