Stuart Davies

Mr. Davies is known for his work advising financial institutions and corporate clients on cross-border corporate finance, project finance, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions in Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. His practice includes the banking, venture funds, media and telecommunications, construction, real estate, and tourism sectors.

Mr. Davies has particular experience in acquisition and leveraged finance transactions, public to private takeovers, structured finance and bid finance, cross-border security arrangements, re-financings, re-structuring and general banking and corporate financing transactions.

Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Davies was General Counsel for The Red Sea Development Company, one of the Public Investment Fund’s (PIF) giga-projects, which manages the world’s most ambitious regenerative real estate development project transforming a vast area on the west coast of Saudi Arabia. While there, he grew an award winning legal team and helped run many sector defining transactions.
