Susana Namnum is counsel in the Corporate group. She has extensive experience in corporate trust and capital markets transactions. Her practice focuses on private and public securities offerings, particularly the representation of private and public issuers in debt offerings in international capital markets, on financings related to corporate and debt restructurings, and on the representation of indenture trustees.
Ms. Namnum’s corporate trust practice includes the representation of indenture trustees in a wide range of scenarios including debt issuances, non-default corporate trust administration as well as distressed situations, bond defaults, post-default administration and out-of-court and bankruptcy restructuring scenarios.
Ms. Namnum’s capital markets practice has focused on the representation of Latin American clients, primarily Mexican issuers, in various industries including hotels and hospitality, petroleum refining, manufacturing, railroad transportation, shipping and logistics and telecommunications.
