Thi Hoang Ho’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She represents clients in federal and state courts, and before a number of arbitral tribunals, and has experience in a variety of disputes including antitrust, construction, and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy.

Ms. Ho previously served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Executive Office for Immigration Review, where she advised and drafted decisions on behalf of immigration judges on issues of asylum, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of immigration status.

Prior to law school, Ms. Ho taught English as a foreign language in Genoa, Italy.
