Tung Nguyen focuses his practice on international trade, advising and representing foreign governments and companies in U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, as well as safeguards and national security (section 232) duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).

Mr. Nguyen also regularly appears before the U.S. Court of International Trade and advises governmental clients concerning World Trade Organization (WTO) disputes involving the U.S. trade remedy practices.

Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Nguyen was a research assistant at the Hanoi Law University, Department of International Trade Law. He also assisted the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in its Business Law Review project. He is an active member of the American Bar Association and the New York Bar Association.
