New York-based litigation associate Vadim Belinskiy focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, antitrust litigation, employment and labor disputes, cybersecurity, and data protection and privacy law.

Mr. Belinskiy advises on a broad range of litigation matters in state and federal courts. Mr. Belinskiy has experience with contractual disputes, environmental disputes, corporate disputes, and complex tort litigation. He also advises on cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy law matters.

In law school, Mr. Belinskiy served as a member of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Legal Information Institute of Cornell Law School.

Mr. Belinskiy maintains an active pro bono practice with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
