Ms. Shchelokova has extensive experience in cross-border acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and private equity transactions with a particular focus on transactions in the FinTech, banking, tech and oil & gas sectors.
Prior to joining Curtis, Ms. Shchelokova worked at an international law firm and in-house in a large banking group.
