Vincent Kessler is an associate in the corporate and mergers & acquisitions groups of Curtis’ Frankfurt office. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, from mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and general corporate matters, to commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Kessler gained work experience as a legal trainee at an international law firm and a boutique law firm in Frankfurt.
