One of the firm’s most senior lawyers, Middle East veteran Bruce Palmer has vast experience of advising clients in the Middle East and a deep and wide-ranging knowledge of corporate, finance and infrastructure development issues.

Global Practice

Mr. Palmer is a highly experienced lawyer in the Corporate and Infrastructure Development groups. His practice focuses on advising U.S. and European multinationals and numerous foreign governments on their official and commercial activities. He represents both public and private sector clients in Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries on corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure projects.

He has practiced in Washington, D.C., Geneva, Riyadh, Paris, London, Muscat and Dubai. Previously, he was with the U.S. Treasury Department in Washington, D.C. as a legal advisor in the Office of General Counsel - International Affairs. He was also a legal advisor with the United Nations (UNCTAD) in Geneva and a partner at a large City of London international law firm.
