Alfredo Fernández Quiroga focuses his practice on banking and corporate law, including antitrust matters. He is also experienced in bankruptcy, corporate reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings, having represented debtors, creditors and strategic investors in complex litigation and bankruptcy cases.

Academia, Thought Leadership and Writing

Mr. Fernández Quiroga is a professor of law for the postgraduate course on corporations and antitrust law at the Argentine Catholic University Law School (UCA), has taught commercial law at the UCA, and has been the Director of the Commercial Law Department at the UCA. He has also been a professor for the postgraduate law program of the Austral University. Mr. Fernández Quiroga has lectured on commercial and insolvency law, participates actively in national and international conferences and seminars on banking, corporate and bankruptcy law matters, and has published various articles in the fields of antitrust, banking and corporate law.
