Ansgar Hoffmann is an associate in Curtis’ litigation group, advising domestic and international clients in high-stakes disputes, with significant experience in real estate and administrative law.

Mr. Hoffmann’s practice focuses principally on commercial dispute resolution and he is recognized for his strong command of litigation and procedural law.

In recent years, Mr. Hoffmann has represented clients across diverse sectors — including hospitality, hospitality operators, data centers, large-scale project development, and asset and property management — guiding them through commercial disputes with a strategic and results-oriented approach. His deep understanding of procedural frameworks enables him to handle highly complex matters efficiently and effectively. He appears regularly before courts at all levels in Germany and has secured several landmark judgments that have helped shape legal developments in his practice areas.

Before joining Curtis, he gained extensive experience at several leading international law firms in Frankfurt, Munich and London, where he focused on commercial litigation, competition/antitrust matters, and real estate finance. Due to his background, he has a comprehensive understanding of the commercial and regulatory environments in which our clients operate.
