Patrice Couturier is a veteran tax lawyer, notable for the breadth of his experience. He advises on corporate taxation, especially in context of mergers and acquisitions, LBOs and corporate restructuring, as well as tax issues arising on management packages in the French market. Many of his transactions involve an international or a foreign component.

He also advises private taxpayers and family offices on the optimization of their affairs and operations.

Before joining Curtis in 2021, he was a founding partner of niche corporate firm Bichot & Associés, and previously, he worked as a tax partner in the Paris office of a “magic circle” international law firm.

Patrice graduated in law at the Paris University in 1985 and qualified as a French lawyer in 1992.
