As part of his vast experience in banking, Mr. Gadio has acted as counsel to African governments in legislative reforms, assisted with institutional capacity building and advised sovereign corporations, private enterprises and public-private partnerships on project finance transactions and developing local capital markets. His counsel extends to advising governments and corporations in litigation and international arbitration disputes, arising from foreign investments in mining, oil and gas. He has experience in advising developers, construction companies, financiers and sovereign states on financing structures, risk allocation, financing arrangements.
