Her practice focuses primarily on administrative and civil law. In particular Ms. Belardo assists and advises public companies with respect to public procurement, tenders and environmental matters and in all related litigation matters.
Ms. Belardo also assists private companies and investment real estate funds in the context of M&A transactions in relation to environmental, energy and real estate related issues.
