Medi Coulson is an English-qualified associate in the International Arbitration and Litigation groups. Her practice focuses on investor-state arbitration, international commercial arbitration, and commercial litigation.

Ms. Coulson has represented sovereign states as well as private-sector companies in disputes in a variety of sectors, including telecommunications, construction, financial services, and aviation.

She has experience in arbitrations conducted under the rules of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).

She has also dealt with high value cross border litigation claims in the English Commercial Court, including applications for default judgment, as well as the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. Additionally, Ms Coulson has expereience in the DIFC courts.
