Sebastian Fender is an associate in the private client and corporate groups of the firm's London office.

His practice focuses on UAE private wealth and structuring, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family offices on establishing and governing cross-border ownership structures in ADGM and DIFC, including discretionary trusts, foundations and multi-layer holding structures used for asset protection and succession planning. He also advises on corporate and commercial matters, often with a cross-border structuring dimension. 

Mr. Fender trained at the firm, gaining experience across private client, investment funds, corporate/M&A and international disputes.
