Mr. Abramo Pérez has experience assisting in
reviewing documents, conducting legal research and drafting detailed memoranda
on complex international investment arbitration cases. Mr. Abramo Perez also
has experience assisting in the deposition of witnesses under the U.S. Federal
Rules of Civil Procedure.
Mr. Abramo Pérez has assisted in proceedings
under various arbitration rules and before several arbitration centers,
including the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes
(ICSID), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the United Nations
Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and the Center for
Conciliation and Arbitration of Panama (CeCAP).
