Mr. Olson's experience includes drafting, preparing and analyzing principal operating documents for legal entities, including investment funds, and ancillary documentation for corporate and commercial transactions, and conducting and documenting legal due diligence.
In law school, Mr. Olson completed a judicial externship serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for a District Court Judge in the Eastern District of Louisiana. Additionally, Mr. Olson graduated with a certificate in International and Comparative Law, enabling him to better advise clients foreign and domestic on the international implications of U.S. legal regimes.
