Ali Queisi acts on a wide range of complex, high-value commercial disputes across international arbitration and litigation, including proceedings before the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts and the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Courts.

Mr. Queisi has experience representing companies, sovereigns and individuals in arbitration proceedings under the rules of major arbitral institutions, including the ICC and LCIA. He regularly advises on contractual, shareholder and fraud-related disputes across a range of sectors, including entertainment, telecommunications and energy, and is well-versed in managing matters involving multiple parties and jurisdictions.

Fluent in Arabic, Mr. Queisi frequently acts in disputes with a MENA dimension, contributing to the strategic coordination of cross-border matters and supporting engagement with regional parties, legal experts and witnesses.

Before joining Curtis’ Dubai Office, Mr. Queisi trained and practiced at an international firm in London.
