Mr. Fischer is in the corporate
department and has experience in a wide
range of complex corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, SEC
compliance issues, and corporate governance issues.
His practice involves the structuring and formation of investment funds as well as regulatory compliance issues for investment funds. Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Fischer interned in the District Court for the District of New Jersey, where he specifically focused on pre-trial matters.
