Mr. Au’s practice encompasses both conventional and Islamic finance, with a focus on transactions in the Middle East. Mr. Au’s experience includes advising on cross-border private credit and structured finance transactions across various industries, including technology, real estate, entertainment, agriculture, chemicals, commodities and financial services. In particular, he has significant experience in the issuance and restructuring of sukuks.
Before practicing law, Mr. Au worked in the financial services industry as an equity investment analyst.
