Mr. Mosher’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, where he helps the firm represent private-sector clients at the federal and state court level. He is also active in the firm’s pro bono practice, including preparing amicus briefs for cases before the United States Supreme Court.
During law school, Mr. Mosher was a member of the American Criminal Law Review and Managing Editor of the Fortieth Annual Survey of White-Collar Crime. He also served as Head Teaching Fellow for Professor Mary-Pat Dwyer and completed practice-based coursework as part of the Habeas Corpus Post-Conviction Practicum.
