She advises companies, founders, investors and private equity firms in the areas of domestic and cross-border merger and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as corporate law.
Prior to joining Curtis as an associate, Johanna worked in the Private Equity team of another international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
