Curtis is consistently recognized for its finance work on behalf of our clients. Most recently, the group advised Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., the national oil company of Venezuela, on the restructuring of approximately $4 billion in project financings for four joint ventures established for the production of synthetic crude oil.
