Corporate Partner Enrico Troianiello Joins Curtis in Milan

Curtis announces the arrival of a new Corporate International partner, Enrico Troianiello, in the law firm’s Milan office, effective January 1, 2018. This comes close on the heels of the appointment of corporate partner Filippo Palmieri in Rome last year and continues the firm’s expansion of its corporate practice in Italy and Europe.

Mr. Troianiello is a corporate lawyer with particular focus on M&A, restructuring, bankruptcy and complex corporate transactions. He also has notable experience in complex commercial and corporate litigation arising from corporate matters. He has previously worked  with prominent Italian firms- Chiomenti and Lombardi e Molinari - where he advised domestic and international clients  on mergers and acquisitions, loan agreements, securities, debt restructuring procedures and civil litigation matters.

"We continue to develop our Italian office capabilities and reiterate the firm’s commitment to strengthening our market-leading corporate practice in this region. With his wide-ranging corporate background, Enrico is a valuable addition to our highly regarded team in Italy,” commented Curtis managing partner Matias A. Vega.

“Enrico is a strategic hire and an excellent addition to our robust corporate focused practice. As we continue to expand our clientele, Enrico’s past experience advising high-profile domestic and international clients along with his sound corporate experience continues the growth trajectory of our business in Italy”, said Curtis Italy managing partner Galileo Pozzoli.

Mr. Troianiello said, “I am delighted to join Curtis’ thriving corporate group. I look forward to expanding my own practice internationally and to working with such a talented team in Italy.”

Curtis continues to grow the firm’s Italian operations at a time when few other international firms are focusing on the market. Over the past years, the firm’s Italian offices have witnessed significant growth across their real estate, corporate and banking and finance practices.

Mr. Troianiello was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2006. He earned his J.D. from Università degli Studi di Brescia in 2003. He is fluent in English.
