Alfredo J. Fernández Quiroga
Mr. Fernández Quiroga is a partner in the Buenos Aires office. He focuses his practice on banking and corporate law, including antitrust matters, and is also experienced in bankruptcy, corporate reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings, having represented debtors, creditors and strategic investors in complex litigation and bankruptcy cases.
Mr. Fernández Quiroga is a professor of law for the postgraduate course on corporations and antitrust law at the Argentine Catholic University Law School (UCA), and has taught commercial law at the UCA and has been the Director of the Commercial Law Department at the UCA. He has also been a professor for the postgraduate law programs of the Austral University.
Mr. Fernández Quiroga has lectured on commercial and insolvency law, participating actively in national and international conferences and seminars on banking, corporate and bankruptcy law matters. He has also published various articles in the fields of antitrust, banking and corporate law.For three consecutive years Revista Apertura, Argentina's leading business magazine, named Mr. Fernandez Quiroga as one of the top Argentine lawyers.
