Mr. Ding is an associate based in Curtis' Beijing office, where he focuses on international trade law.
Mr. Ding has advised numerous Chinese companies on several proceedings involving antidumping and countervailing duties (CVD) initiated by the U.S., the European Union, Canada, Australia, India, Russia and Brazil across a wide range of industries, including steel products, chemicals, electronics, wooden and paper products, and textiles. His experience also includes participating in the defense of the Government of China and Chinese industries in a number of injury proceedings.
Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Ding worked for several leading Chinese law firms, where he also focused on international trade law, representing Chinese interests in trade remedy investigations.
