ADMITTED TO PRACTICE
Mr. Alam is an associate in the corporate and international arbitration groups. His practice primarily focuses on corporate governance and securities matters, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters. Mr. Alam’s practice also involves representing states in investor-state arbitrations.
Prior to joining Curtis, Mr. Alam worked in the corporate and international trade departments of two Turkish law firms. He also interned at the U.S. Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, and at the London office of Northern Trust, an American custodian bank.
