Gurban Berdiyev is an associate in Curtis’ International Arbitration group, where he focuses his practice on investor-state dispute resolution and international commercial arbitration proceedings under the auspices of various arbitral organizations including the International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Mr. Berdiyev has in-house experience working as a counsel in international oil and gas companies. Prior to that he was employed by state agencies and dealt with various investment projects in other sectors of economy, including textile and tourism.
