James Muller is an associate in Curtis’ Corporate, Trusts and Estates, and Private Client groups. He has experience advising in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as a wide range of estate and trust planning and administration matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Muller served as a legal intern for the Honorable Judge Joseph F. Bianco of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Previously, he also interned at the Monroe County Public Defender’s Office.
While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Muller served on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review and helped low-income residents of Charlottesville file income taxes through the University’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
